
Thomas Wall
Eden Middle/High School MathThomas Wall graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a BS in Business Marketing. After a brief career in the business world, he returned to school and earned his Master of Arts in Teaching from SUNY Binghamton. He worked for five months as a long-term substitute in the City of Tonawanda before being hired by the Eden Central School District, where he has been teaching in the Middle and High School building since the 2004-2005 school year. Mr. Wall has taught every high school level course in the district except Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus. Currently, he is in his first year teaching AP Statistics along with Algebra II and Geometry. Outside of the classroom, he has coached the Varsity Track and Field team for 21 years and the Boys soccer program for 17 years. Additionally, he has served as the school’s yearbook advisor for three years and as Unified Bowling Coach and Unified Club advisor for four years. Outside of school, Mr. Wall enjoys running somewhat competitively. He was inspired to participate in the NYSMTP by a colleague who said the program reinvigorated his teaching practice.
