Shannon Podsadowski

Shannon Podsadowski earned both her M.S. and B.S. in Mathematics Education from Buffalo State University. Mrs. Podsadowski is in her 17th year in the Buffalo City School District, currently teaching Next Generation Algebra I & II at the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. She is a member of The Association of Mathematic Teachers of New York State. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Podsadowski is the Curriculum Lead Teacher and a member of the Curriculum Committee. After school, she coaches the cross-country team. Mrs. Podsadowski enjoys building relationships with students and using that connection to help students learn mathematics. In her spare time, Mrs. Podsadowski is an avid runner who enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. As a new Master Teacher, Mrs. Podsadowski looks forward to collaborating with other Master Teachers to share innovative ideas and strategies. She is eager to learn from her peers and contribute to a community dedicated to improving education for all students.
