Ryan Sajdak

McKinley Vocational High School Science Technology, Computer Science, & Robotics Engineering

Ryan Sajdak is a high school science teacher at McKinley Vocational High School in the Buffalo City School District. He earned a B.A. in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo and an M.S.Ed. in Students with Disabilities from Medaille College. He has over a decade of experience in both general and special education settings and serves as the Science Advisor for McKinley High School. Ryan is actively involved in place-based and community-centered environmental education through his work with the Scajaquada Creek Environmental Science Lab. He also serves as a member of the Scajaquada Creek Community Advisory Group, where he collaborates with community partners to support stewardship, education, and restoration efforts along the creek. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in the Adirondack Mountains.
