Raymond Cooper

Raymond Cooper earned his BS in Education, and MS in Technology Education from SUNY Buffalo State. As a Project Lead the Way graduate from high school Mr. Cooper recognized the importance of preparing students for the complex future they would endure. He is certified through Rochester Institute of Technology as a PLTW instructor and has been “Living the dream” teaching Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Principles of Engineering for 6 years at Depew High School.  Mr. Cooper has not pigeon holed himself to the High School, he gets to experience the best of both worlds when he teaches his 7th Graders in the Middle School. This will be the first year implementing the Project Lead the Way Gateway program with Automation and Robotics along with Design and Modeling. His Middle School students get to see him after school as he was appointed  Head Coach for the Modified Football Team this year.  As a NYS Master Teacher Mr. Cooper looks forward to joining the MAKE Professional Learning Team along with exploring the new Coding PLT.
