Paula Ferneza

Paula Ferneza earned her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at SUNY Fredonia.  She has taught for ten years in the areas of general science and Living Environment. She now teaches at North Collins. Mrs. Ferneza is passionate about her field and enjoys demonstrating connections between science content and the life experiences of her students.  She is interested in incorporating meaningful research in her science classroom, student centered learning strategies, and in building critical thinking skills for her students. Paula is a Biology Subject Area Representative for STANYS Southwestern Section and a member of NSTA.
