Paula Eisenberger
Frontier Central High School SciencePaula Eisenberger currently teaches at Frontier Central High School in Hamburg, NY and has been teaching for 10 years. She is currently teaching Earth Science and Forensics and has also taught Environmental Science, General Chemistry, RTI Biology, Drones and Robotics, and 8th grade Science. She earned her BS in Geology from the University at Buffalo and her MS in Education from Buffalo State. She is certified in Earth Science and Physics with a middle school extension. Paula’s experiences teaching extend past high school to teaching cooking classes, business English (while living in Germany), and outdoor education. Paula is the president of NYESTA (New York Earth Science Teachers Association) and is also a member of STANYS. Paula coached FIRST Robotics for five years. In her spare time, Paula hikes with her two dogs, Romulus and Remus, snuggles with her three cats and goes on crazy adventures around the world with her 3 children. Paula volunteers with Heart rescue in many capacities including fostering kittens and mother cats. She has cared for more than 150 kittens and still manages to maintain a 3 cat maximum household! In the classroom, Paula is known for her Miss Frizzle outfits, entertaining wonder-filled science activities, and humorous tales. Paula enjoys teaching for the love of science and the connection she makes with her students. Paula is looking forward to learning new science content and ways to heighten interest in the classroom.
