Nicole Costello

Nicole Costello earned her B.S. in Childhood Education and her M.S.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Buffalo State. She is currently serving in her tenth year in education as a middle school Computer Science teacher for the Orchard Park Central School District. Mrs. Costello advises the Quaker Coding Club and the Kindness Club at Orchard Park Middle School. She also serves on the district and building Character Education committee as well as the eighth grade moving up day planning committee. Mrs. Costello is looking forward to teaming up with other STEM professionals to learn new and innovative ideas to bring back to her classroom. She strives to show her students the importance of Computer Science in their future career choices as well as the ability to fail forward and learn from your mistakes. When she is not teaching, you could find Nicole spending time with family and friends, crafting, reading, or traveling.
