Jonathan Shelley

Jonathan Shelley earned his B.S in Technology Education from SUNY Oswego and his M.S. in Technology Education from SUNY Buffalo. Jonathan has been in the classroom for eleven years, nine of which were spent at Grand Island Schools where he worked with colleagues to develop an amazing Technology Engineering experience for students. While he was at Grand Island he helped to develop and update new classes like Design Drawing for Production, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Tech I, Tech II, CAD and an Advanced Capstone course. Mr. Shelley recently moved back to his alma mater, Springville High School, where he continues to passionately blend Math, Science and Technology into his current classes including Robotics, Principles of Engineering, and Video Game Design. Jonathan has developed Tech and Aviation after-school clubs. He has been active with Tech Wars at Niagara County Community College and many other events that benefit his students. As a New York State Master Teacher, Mr. Shelley looks forward to developing new relationships with other Master Teachers and helping to build an understanding of the importance of offering technology-related courses in our schools.
