Mill Middle School Mathematics

Erica Rows earned her BA, Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University and her MS in Educational Computing, Summa Cum Laude from Buffalo State. Erica holds three permanent teaching certificates in Secondary Mathematics, Elementary Education and Special Education. While attending Niagara, Erica was part of the University Honors Program, Pi Lambda Theta, International Honors Society and Professional Association in Education, Kappa Mu Epsilon, National Mathematics Honor Society, Delta Epsilon Sigma, National Scholastic Honor Society and a Division 1 Scholarship swimmer. She was Vice President of her class and a founding member of her sorority, Alpha Sigma Alpha. Erica currently teaches Math 8 and Algebra 1 Regents at Mill Middle. She has flipped her Algebra classroom and created a YouTube video library for various Algebra topics. She chaperones dances, participates in school talent shows and Airband contests. Erica is a member of a school wide math committee and has been a member of curriculum writing teams, an advisor for the Joy of Math club and swim coach. Erica enjoys spending time with her family and is grateful for their love and support. As a Master Teacher, Erica is excited to learn from and grow with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of professionals.
