Elizabeth Davies
City Honors School ScienceElizabeth Davies earned her BS in Industrial Biochemistry and Master of Education in Middle and Secondary Instruction from Pennsylvania Western University. At PennWest, she was a lab tech and graduate assistant. Mrs. Davies has been a teacher since 2015, starting in the Rochester area for the first two years and then relocating to the Buffalo area. She has been a teacher at City Honors School in the Buffalo City School District for the past four years where she currently teaches Chemistry. Mrs. Davies is also the tutoring club and environmental club faculty advisor, as well as a personal project supervisor for 10th grade students each year. When she is not teaching, Mrs. Davies enjoys family walks with her husband and dog, yoga classes, biking, traveling, and baking (for fun or as part of growing her small business as a cottage baker). As a NYS Master Teacher, she is excited to work with other educators who share the same passions of furthering their skills and improving their practice for future generations of teachers and students.
