Deanna Przepiora
Veronica E. Connor Middle School ScienceDeanna Przepiora holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Science in childhood education with a specialization in special education, both earned from Niagara University. Possessing a professional certificate in childhood education for grades 1-6, she has been teaching since 2007. Currently serving as the sixth-grade science teacher at Veronica E. Connor Middle School on Grand Island, Mrs. Przepiora is deeply engaged in various school activities. In addition to her role as Co-Coordinator of the W.E.B. program, a mentoring initiative easing the transition for incoming middle school students, she serves as Co-Advisor for the Yearbook and the Talent Show. Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Przepiora enjoys exploring the Buffalo area with her family and passionately cheering for the Buffalo sports teams. She volunteers at the Sunflowers of Sanborn in the summer. She is an active participant in social media, managing multiple platforms, and finds creative fulfillment in designing various creations on Canva. Excited about her involvement in the Master Teacher program, Mrs. Przepiora looks forward to collaborating with fellow science professionals. Her goal is to bring innovative ideas back to her classroom, fostering academic growth and nurturing a love for science among her students.
