Craig Uhrich
Depew Union Free School District PhysicsCraig completed his Master's degree in Physics Education at Buffalo State in 2005. He has taught Regents and Advanced Placement physics at Depew High School since 2001, after beginning his teaching career in Forestville, NY. He has served as lead teacher for the Physics and Arts Summer Institute at the University of Buffalo as well as worked in the physics department at Buffalo State College as an adjunct lecturer for introductory physics courses and as a lead teacher in their Summer Physics Academy. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Craig is serving as the K-12 Science Coordinator, a member of the Data Team, Shared Decision Making Team, Comprehensive District Education Plan committee, and Instructional Learning Team, as well as an advisor to the Radio Club. His professional memberships include the Western New York Physics Teachers' Alliance, American Modeling Teachers' Association, Science Teachers' Association of New York State, and the American Association of Physics Teachers.
