Charles Bonda

Charles Bonda began as an electrician for his family’s electrical contracting company while pursuing his degree at SUNY Buffalo State.  He earned his B.S. in 2002, and M.S. in Technology Education in 2007.  Charles has taught for the Depew School District since 2003.   As a certified PLTW Engineering instructor, Charles teaches an Introduction to Engineering and Design course, as well as an Engineering Design and Development course for the Technology Education Program at Depew High School.  Throughout his teaching career, he has also taught; Production Systems in woodworking, Architectural Drafting, and Computer Aided Design courses.  Passionate about hands on problem based learning, Charles challenges his students regularly with real life problems of math and science applications.  Charles often states that through implementation, testing, and analysis; Technology Education is the melting pot of Science and Math Education.
