Anna Skretny

Anna Skretny teaches Biology and Earth and Space Science at West Seneca East Senior High School. She earned her BS in Biology from the University at Buffalo and MS in Education from SUNY Buffalo State. She has taught since 2020, with experience also teaching Neuroscience and Environmental Science. As a former STREAM Coordinator and current Science Club advisor, she supports STEM learning beyond the classroom. An active member of STANYS and the NYS Master Teacher Program, Mrs. Skretny uses inquiry-based, standards-aligned instruction to ensure equitable access and inspire students to engage in environmental stewardship and community action.
