Amy Lauer earned her master’s degree in Pathology from the University at Buffalo. Mrs. Lauer has been teaching intermediate level science at Fredonia Middle School for 11 years and currently teaches Physical Science to eighth graders. In 2009, she achieved National Board Certification in the area of Early Adolescence - Science. Mrs. Lauer serves as the middle level Instructional Leader for Science and is co-advisor for the Service Learning club. Her current teaching interests include incorporating technology in the classroom and outdoor education. Amy is a member of the Science Teachers' Association of New York State (STANYS) and the New York State Association for Computers and Technologies in Education (NYSCATE).
