Alison Moran

Alison Moran earned her MS from Buffalo State in Differentiated Instruction with a concentration in Earth Science; her undergraduate work was at Canisius College, where she graduated with a BA in Elementary Education with a Biology concentration.  Mrs. Moran also earned an AAS in Nursing from Trocaire College.  Prior to teaching at Alden Central Schools, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Department at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY.  Currently she is teaching Earth Science and Oceanography at Alden High School.  She is also club advisor to the Friends of the Planet Club that is responsible for district recycling and environmental awareness.
